Settlement of wagers will be based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. For football markets, including English Premier League, Malaysia Super League, AFF Cup, and World Cup qualifiers, settlement follows the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time plus referee-indicated stoppage time, unless stated otherwise for specific market types.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifestly incorrect odds or payout, mclub77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Members' accounts. The discovery of a palpable error in odds or market data will not bind mclub77 to the erroneous price, regardless of whether a wager was placed and temporarily settled at that price.

mclub77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
mclub77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member's account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) there is suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate it; or (d) the Member requests account closure.
Upon account termination, all pending wagers will be voided and stakes returned, all bonus balances will be forfeited, and any remaining cash balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to mclub77) will be returned to the Member following completion of KYC verification and investigation. mclub77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or breach.
Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting mclub77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Members are advised to withdraw any remaining balance before requesting account closure.
mclub77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via the contact details held on the Member's account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation or emergency security consideration.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
