Bonus Terms Explained

Wagering Requirement / Rollover
The number of times you must bet the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. A rollover of X10 means if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you need to place RM 1,000 in total bets before cashing out. X15 = RM 1,500, X20 = RM 2,000. Lower rollover numbers are always more player-friendly.
Example: RM 200 bonus × 15x rollover = RM 3,000 wager required before withdrawal.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While a bonus is active, most platforms cap your stake per bet — commonly between RM 250 to RM 500. Exceeding this limit can result in bonus forfeiture. Always check this limit before placing large bets while using bonus funds.
Example: Bonus active → max single bet is RM 300. Placing RM 600 may void your bonus.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games count equally toward your rollover target. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like baccarat and blackjack often contribute only 10–20%. Live casino games may contribute even less or nothing at all, depending on the platform's terms.
Example: RM 100 bet on slots = RM 100 rollover progress. RM 100 on baccarat = RM 10–20 progress.
Bonus Expiry Window
Bonuses do not last forever. Most welcome bonuses expire within 7 to 30 days of being credited. If you do not complete the rollover within that window, the bonus and associated winnings are typically forfeited automatically. Set a reminder on your phone the day you claim a bonus.

Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A non-sticky (cashable) bonus can be withdrawn once rollover is complete — the bonus principal plus winnings are fully cashable. A sticky bonus stays in your account permanently but cannot itself be withdrawn; only winnings generated from it can be cashed out. Most Malaysian casinos offer non-sticky welcome bonuses.
Example: Sticky RM 100 bonus + RM 50 winnings → only RM 50 winnings can be withdrawn.
Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Even after completing rollover, some bonuses cap how much you can withdraw. For example, a bonus might have a RM 1,000 maximum cash-out — even if you ran it up to RM 5,000, only RM 1,000 is withdrawable. This is separate from your general withdrawal limit.
Example: RM 50 free spin bonus → max cash-out RM 500 regardless of winnings generated.
